Hey people, i decided to stop with this blog, its getting too much work and im busy with other things. It also wasnt as satisfieing as i hoped it should be. If someone wants to take over feel free to react here, and we will talk about it.

Yes we do! A nice 4-tracker of alphaverb and friends, the second release on State 28 records, released in 2004.

A1 contains my favorite of the vinyl, The people want more, together with Intractable one, a track wich they reworked sometimes for the live-act if im right. I specially like that vocal, wich is original in my eyes.

A2 contains Against Us, also together with Intractable One, a nice rough track with some tom rythms in it. It contains a quite standard break, with first some strings and then comes in a melody wich aint that special in my eyes. Although i like the snares and drum work later in that break. This track was nice in those days, but now it nothing special anymore in my eyes.

B1 Contains BTFU, Back the fuck up. The only track on this vinyl wich is only from alphaverb. It contains some nice aggressive vocals and a good reversed bass. Later on it gets some screeches, this is a track wich just keeps on going! No cheesy breaks or whatsoever. A good track, but it had its best time.

B2 Contains This is for you. The track is produced together with Digital Damage. This track also contains some original vocals, wich is really a strength of this vinyl. The track is a lot of good reversed bass and some good sounds. Just like hardstyle was in those days. The track has some little melodys in it , but nothing real great. Allthough i like the synthwork at the end of the track. A good track in its time, but not anymore i guess.

Todays vinyl is the first superplastik release!

The a-side contains the original mix, wich aint that different of the hard mix. The hardmix in my eyes only contained some harder kicks, but i didnt listen that carefully. The original mix is very nice with a lot of reversed bass, this aint a very big classic but it sure was and is a good track. I have this more for my collection then that i really love this track, altough it fits really well in your sets!

Todays vinyl is a nice old tracid traxx, real early hardstyle!

A-side contains the derb remix, wich i bought it for, a real classic. Though the original is better i think. A short intro and then the vocal comes allready, a nice mid comes in, great acid basslines. The total track exists of such great sounds,different acid lines and some screechy sounds. The "climax" part, if you can call it that in this sort of tracks, contains a some nice trance-synths trough a 4 by 4 melody, quite cool. The track really is what it says in the vocals!

B-side contains the Tomcraft remix , tomcraft is an old hardtrance producers if im right. The intro is really hardtrance like, with a nice flow. Later on it has some nice vocal cutting on the beat, with an upcomming acidsound. A little break comes after the mid, i guess around 1:30 - 2 minutes, wich sounds fun and original! A sort of house-ish melody comes in there wich later on gets a bassline with it. The rest of the track is kinda the same, some minor changes and build-down offcourse but nothing special.

Todays vinyl is one of the latest The Pitcher tracks, produced by Michel Pollen

The a-side contains Serenity, one of the best tracks of 2009 in my view. Its just damn beautifull! The track sounds so full and has such a great atmosphere trough the vocals and synths and buildup. Its not a hard track, its just a great musical and melodic track, perfectly worked out. It's kinda cheesy(for hardstyle), but certainly not in a bad way.

The b-side contains Our Core, another beautiful track, but not as good as the a-side. Both tracks have a quite generic buildup though, but thats normal with pollen tracks, and easier to mix if you know that. In this track the mid is kinda boring in my eyes. But the break and climax make up for it, this track also aint hard, but melodic.

Overall a great vinyl, with two slammer on it, real michel pollen quality.
